the fat lady didn't sing

You know how it's not over till the fat lady sings. The people who put an offer on our house? Well, we excepted and then didn't hear from the agent all day long. I just got a call from Wes (down in the mouth voice) that the young couple got into a huge fight and then decided not to buy the house. So, if something doesn't happen sometime soon, like today or tomorrow, our offer on the Federal Way house goes down the toilet too. BUT, 4 more people saw our house and our agent will let them know it is back on the market again, and then we're still at the "wait and see" stage. Well, I'm gonna go to a wedding and see about drowning my sorrows in fake champagne (Mormon wedding!) ha! If it's right, it will happen!!
