here we go again

So, another offer will be presented tomorrow at 11:30. The buyers' agent wants to present it personally to me instead of to my agents. That means it will probably be a low offer and she'll tell me the violin/wah-wah version of the story of the buyers and how they would love to be here but they see a few problems with the house, and could I give in a few thousand dollars. I'm sharpening my claws and getting ready to send them "down the road" to buy someone else's house. Sometimes when a sale falls through they figure we are hard up for a REAL sale. I can't be in a rush. I'll let you know what happens tomorrow and if we're able to keep our offer in Federal Way going too!

In the meantime, I need to mow the lawn and trim around the plants and get a pickup load of bark and shovel it over the areas we weeded before those nasty things come back to haunt us.
