I just got word that the buyer accepted my counter offer and ordered the inspections. "Our" place in Federal Way has inspections on Thursday at 4. The two transactions are to close (crossed fingers) on Sept. 7 and 8 and if all goes according to plan, we should be moving out and then in, a day or so after that. Wes just called and is excited, plus he was surprised I got $7000 more than he thought!
